Who collects your data
Felipe Pantone Studio (FP Studio S.L.U., Spain). Contact: admin@felipepantone.com.
What we collect when you submit a claim
- Your name, email, country and (optional) phone
- Preferred language for communication
- Photos of your artwork (stored encrypted on Cloudflare R2 in EU)
- Information you provide about the piece (code, edition, year of purchase, acquisition channel)
- Technical metadata: IP address and browser user agent at the moment of consent (for GDPR audit only)
Why we collect it
- To verify authenticity of the artwork and issue your certificate
- To build a record of verified owners so that the studio can contact you about your piece (updates, restoration, valuation requests, occasional studio news — never sold to third parties)
What we never do
- We never publish your name on the public verification page (only the artwork details are public)
- We never sell your data to third parties
- We never use your photos for marketing without your explicit additional permission
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@felipepantone.com from the email address you used to claim. If you delete your data, your certificate will also be revoked.
Data retention
We keep verified-claim data indefinitely as part of the studio's artwork registry, unless you request deletion. Photos uploaded for rejected claims are deleted within 30 days.
